East Central District is underserved and hardly considered. Destination seeks to provide better conditions and amenities that will bolster the local economy as well as provide joy and pride for new and existing residents. For East Central, this would make it a destination – not a dead end. This project offers pride and comfort to the residents of East Central by improving the built environment, the economic condition, and the quality of ease and pleasure for residents and visitors.
