Patterns of Justice

Justice is as subjective as our own individual perspectives, yet we keep doing our best to rationalize and schematize it. These pictures come from a photography session I did around the City of Justice of Barcelona. This area was designed by David Chipperfield and Fermín Vázquez. Famous for its strict, yet nuanced shapes, this group of buildings configures an almost ethereal urban landscape evokative of the power of human rationale. My intention was to express through the possibilities offered by digital photography my subjective experience of witnessing this landscape in person.
