This is a renovation project. The concept follows the principle of “reflecting the times, returning to simplicity and constancy,” It preserves the original structural support and enclosure, highlighting industrial aesthetics and historical charm. Three additional floors have been added to create an atrium space. The designers utilize high ceilings and skylights to narrate the story of the years together with the old brick walls. The overall design emphasizes both functional aesthetics and respect for historical and cultural heritage, injecting new vitality and charm into the factory.
