Garden 19 is located on Jiangxinzhou Island by the Qinhuai River in Nanjing, forming a natural "island residence" pattern adjacent to the water. The design relies on the endowments of the site to stimulate design innovation. Taking the forest sea and the island as the natural foundation, and centering on the life of the residents. The design coordinates multiple disciplinary specialties, introducing the life concept of “co-creation, co-construction and sharing” ,it allows different life and story scenarios to converge here,to build a close-knit neighborhood community.
