This mixed-use development features three office towers positioned around a central grand plaza, demonstrating a new form of participatory urbanism—tenants and visitors experience nature and art in an active setting. The traditional concept of a tower with an iconic top has been redefined by emphasizing the center. Dramatic, cantilevered sky galleries showcase activity within the towers and create visual and formal connections to the pedestrian scale of the plaza below. A nature-based approach to stormwater management has been adopted, combining floodable green infrastructure with water reuse.
