Guangzhou One Pengrui is a mixed-use, nature-integrated district located at the eastern end of the Guangzhou Finance City Master Plan. The project consists of residential, office, hospitality, retail, and public spaces, bridging the natural landscape and urban environment. Defined by their elliptical shape, the buildings mirror the river’s curve, with each floor wrapped in a balcony serving as a viewing platform revealing views of the riverfront. The biophilic landscape enhances the project’s sponge city design, which incorporates porous paving, native plants, and rainwater management systems.
