The Ziraat Bank Headquarters was conceived of as the centerpiece of the Istanbul Financial Center (IIFC). The landmark twin towers integrate highly crafted detail with the demands of a modern workplace and draw on the architectural and cultural heritage of one of the world’s oldest and most diverse cities. The development extends over 450,000m2 and includes Ziraat Bank’s headquarters, ground-floor retail, below-grade parking, and a stone-clad auditorium that serves as a beacon of innovative infrastructure, designed using best-in-class CNC technologies.
