"Encounter Under the Bridge" reimagines a residual space under roadway infrastructure as an active, inclusive, and resilient linear park. Instead of reinforcing car-dominated urban logics, it transforms a fragmented urban node into a multifunctional public space with sports areas, playgrounds, bike racks, endemic vegetation, and safe pedestrian paths. Designed in response to a lack of quality public space, the project promotes accessibility, social gathering, and spatial justice, making public space the core—not the remnant—of urban design.
