ClientCity Colleges of Chicago
The transformed parking lot south of 76th Street gives rise to the new Manufacturing, Technology, and Engineering Center (MTEC), a timeless addition to the renovated Richard J Daley College. It not only enhances the campus but also lays the foundation for a broader master plan. The project unifies the existing complex by integrating engaging pathways and collaborative spaces, fostering a vibrant campus environment. Beyond architecture, this endeavor embodies the community's spirit and aims to revitalize southwest Chicago neighborhoods like West Lawn and Ashburn.
