BudexHUB is the tallest wooden office building in the Czech Republic, designed as a passive four-story structure that emphasizes clean energy generation and storage. The building operates primarily on renewable resources. Its unique architecture features wooden chamber ceilings and NOVATOP wall systems, complemented by CLT panels, all encircling a central reinforced concrete core across the four office floors. These materials are chosen not only for their structural integrity but also for their aesthetic appeal, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all building users.
