The project was renovated with the aim of restructuring the old Paper Factory space into a new multifunctional area. This space caters to community activities and experiences, such as workshops,co-working ,small offices,exhibitions, cultural exchange, and more. Based on the old structure, a part of the old roof was removed to return garden space to the site, establishing new enclosure solutions and adding auxiliary functions to make the project more practical and useful. The spaces are divided and connected to either the front or back garden, ensuring effective ventilation throughout the area.
