The hangar in which the legendary manufacturer, P.G. Latécoère, assembled his planes consists of three conjoined sections, each around 3082 m². As it is a protected building, the goal was to convert it into a “third place” devoted to innovation and creativity. On the ground floor, the central nave is used for exhibitions and events. Hall 1 houses a lobby, a restaurant, assembly rooms, including a 200-seat auditorium, and shared services for the use of employees. Finally, Hall 3 is home to a drone aviary and a FabLab. The upper level is dedicated to start-ups, with co-working spaces.
