The linear concept of time drives modern society's pursuit of infinite progress, prioritising productivity and profit. This turns the university into a "factory," where students are immaterial workers expected to produce more knowledge daily while their well-being is ignored. The project argues that students must learn how to live and build relationships alongside knowledge absorption. It proposes an alternative, multi-layered notion of time (natural, collective, independent) and a new student housing typology to address the student-as-worker condition.
