This speculative project aims to interrogate the hidden plumbing infrastructure in super-slender luxury apartments—systems designed to symbolize abundance yet often remain underused. Set against apartment towers along the Billionaire's Row in Manhattan, where minimalist interiors conceal excessive plumbing systems and high vacancy, this project proposes a counter-model of the Kowloon Walled City—a dense yet communal environment shaped by scarcity, through rechanneling and repurposing its redundant plumbing systems to a new form of collective domestic pleasure and luxury living.
