The project is a protective renovation and creative renewal of the fabrics of Huangling, an ancient village in Wuyuan County, Jiangxi Province. The design strategy prioritizes the integration and transformation of the existing architectural resources, while pioneering an innovative relocation strategy and renovating the dilapidated old houses in the village. The landscape design embraces sustainable strategies and capitalizes on the distinctive existing landscape conditions to foster a vibrant and circular ecology, exemplifying preserving heritage and revitalizing ancient Chinese villages.
