My approach to photographing The Toranomon Hills project began on quiet rooftops in the dead of night, waiting for dawn’s first light. Guided by Tokyo’s ascending energy, the morning shots captured a serene stillness, each shot building with the city’s growing pulse. The ever-shifting light of a passing storm and the urban landscape of the city’s heart demanded raw, unscripted exploration - uncovering unique vantage points to capture the essence of Tokyo’s vibrant culture and urban identity.
