Villa Rosa is a modern family home in Melbourne, focused on natural materials and functional spaces. The home spans four storeys on a sloping block, with each level maximising natural light and expansive views. The design features rose-coloured quartzite (hence the name, "Villa Rosa"), polished plaster, oak flooring, and cleverly hidden elements such as the mirrored bar and desk area. The pale, textured render of the façade contrasts with vibrant pink bougainvillea, establishing a connection with the interior design.
