Designed by Hiroshi Naito for the Japanese RINRI Institute of Ethics, and completed in 2021, Kioi Seido was designed with 'no particular purpose'. The brief from the client was that “The functions will be considered according to what has been done, so please design as you like. Drawing inspiration from the Jomon period, the interior blends cool concrete & warm earth tones. The building is rarely open to the public, apart from a brief period through to Sep 30 2025 as it hosts an exhibition of the architect’s sketches and workings.
