Unlike another common industrial buildings, the design of Tehran Rubber factory was crafted by relying on fundamental design principles, deconstructing spatial elements and cultivating a design-centric ambiance. Creating openness to form vertical access and beckon natural light into all interior spaces, implementing zoning of various sections—workers, production and office, instilling a profound sense of respect for humanity to improve the quality of life in an industrial setting and employing neutral and orange color palette as a reference color are some of the notable points of the project.
