Set on the eastern edge of a 150-acre Santa Lucia Range property—30 acres planted with Syrah vines—this barn supports vineyard operations while reflecting its Central Coast setting. Positioned between forest and vineyard, it opens westward with broad bays to connect to the landscape. A deep roof overhang shades the work porch and protects doors from afternoon sun, reinforcing passive environmental strategies.
