Tonalá 15, located in La Roma neighborhood, one of the most dynamic zones in Mexico City, faces the challenge of a triangular plot at the intersection of Insurgentes (the largest avenue in Latin America) and Tonalá st. The project revitalizes the area, boosting the local economy with ground-floor shops and offering 44 residences for short, medium, and long-term stays, fostering diversity in interaction. It uses earth-toned pigmented concrete for a clean grid façade with floor-to-ceiling windows and inclined columns, providing openness to the street and an ability to age with character.
