The project is located in Shabu Village in Huangpu District, Guangzhou, which needs to be renovated. As a complex public activity space building open to the community, we distinguish the functional requirements of opening to the community, using low-rise public openness, middle-rise mixed-mode openness, and high-rise limited openness. A layered progressive layout. Through a bottom-up, spiral staircase, the interior and exterior are connected, and an overhanging building volume is created to dialogue with the city park.
