Citang Street is the cradle of a new culture and commerce of Chengdu, as well as the home to several historically and culturally significant buildings. By replanning the traditional urban spaces, the project blends the greenery of the park with the landscape of the historic district; restores and revitalizes the historic buildings; creates a three-dimensional neighborhood concept and develops the Green Street in the Air; and constructs a new neighborhood gallery and introduces cultural and commercial ventures, revitalizing the artistic vitality of this century-old neighborhood.
