Located in Old Pocitos, Montevideo, the design concept for this project unfolds in three units: the ground floor, which hosts the reception and restaurant; the first level, with a gym and spaces for events or conferences; and the main body of the building, featuring standard rooms and suites, most with corner or front terraces. The rooftop features a solarium, pool, and Sky Bar. The main level contains the lobby, which connects to the outdoors through a perimeter extending the indoor landscape outward. The building's glazed facade accentuates its horizontality with continuous terraces.
