Ts VEIL is the renovation of a 300m² villa in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, transformed into a social dining space. Preserving the original structure, the design centers on the concept of a veil—a porous metal skin that filters light, air, and views to form a climatic buffer between street and interior. Paired with raw, tactile materials inside, the dual-layer system redefines the building’s identity, offering a breathable, responsive, and quietly expressive architectural presence.
