Project 60=200 A plot of land with an approximate area of 400 square meters located in Chalous was referred to us for the design of a villa. However, there was only the possibility of constructing a 60-square-meter roofed area on it due to zoning regulations (15% land-to-building ratio), which was not in line with the client's demands. This contradiction has given rise to two main inquiries: Query 1: Why should all parts of the house even be covered? Query 2: Why should a clear boundary even exist between the outdoor and indoor spaces (whether opaque or transparent)?
