Ment turns the façade into the project’s soul. Instead of rejecting the sun, it is embraced through brise-soleils spanning the entire surface, casting shifting shadows that shield interiors and at the same time create a visual spectacle. By day, the façade reads as a solid, protective block; by night, it becomes luminous art illuminated from within. The design is sustainable: north and south façades use overhangs to filter sunlight and maximize daylight, while east and west open to the landscape or close to frame views and control privacy.
