This facility is a complex of retails, exhibition hall, and housings. The semi-outdoor public "Passage" serves as a bypass for the flow of people concentrated on Takeshita Street, and the open terrace and alley-like spaces develop three-dimensionally like branches and leaves from the trunk of a tree, seamlessly connecting the flow of people. The hilly topography is instrumental for the creation of Passage, a three-dimensional flow that is circular, seamlessly connecting Meiji Shrine and Harajuku streets, and opens to the stepped greenery terraces surrounded with open facilities.
