Palazzo di Fuoco is a building designed by architect Giulio Minoletti in the early 1960s, later subjected to interventions that compromised its original identity. The refurbishment project by GBPA Architects upgrades the building’s systems, interior layout, and energy performance, achieving LEED Platinum certification. The goal is to preserve the original concept and the unity of the building’s image, reviving Minoletti’s defining architectural themes and reinterpreting them in a contemporary key through the use of the most advanced technologies.
