The design for the renovation of the Town Hall is by SSP AG and soll sasse architekten BDA. The highlight is the façade. The tiles with five colors and combined reliefs are saved from the existing building and supplemented by tiles. This creates a harmonious effect from a distance and a lively play of colors up close. Historic elements are reused, giving the building, which was previously known as the “swimming pool”, a modern reinterpretation. Interior spaces such as the foyer and the multi-purpose hall will be designed more flexibly and optimized in terms of energy efficiency and comfort.
