This project stands out among Toronto's glass towers with terraces as central features. The main tower’s cantilevered wrap-around terraces evoke modernist luxury, offering outdoor space, shading, and privacy, with upturned edges creating a distinctive pattern on the north and south façades. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide abundant light and views. The tower’s unique silhouette, with three canted sides, directs views around adjacent towers. Positioned askew from the six-story podium, it creates outdoor spaces around the amenity floor, separated by double-height glass.
