For this purpose, an architectural approach adapted to the particularities of the region is conceived, where the design shaped by the essence of the place responds directly to the climate characterized by high temperatures that range between 21° C to 32° C, with a constant flow of air currents coming from the coast. This consideration turns the house into an element that promotes air circulation and thermal comfort within the living space. To achieve bioclimatic efficiency, the implementation of passive systems and efficient and sustainable eco-techniques is prioritized.
