Wenzhou Longwan Fuchun Future Community is one of the first 24 pilot projects of future communities and a key demonstration project of new human settlements of Zhejiang. The project breaks the closed space of the conventional community, advocates the multi-functional integration of "residence, business, transportation, logistics and complementary". With the core air corridor "Ruyi Axis", nine scenarios are comprehensively set up, such as childcare space, entrepreneurial space, senior university, community canteen, etc., to satisfy the needs of all ages in a "people-oriented" way.
