"Xiufeng" is a student apartment community composed of three high-rise buildings. The buildings are located in a beautiful natural tea garden, in order to minimize the damage to the tea plantation, the design adopts the high tower form with high density and intensively land use. The buildings vertically divide the residential and living modules. The student dormitories, cafeterias, gyms, and other functions inside the building are mixed vertically to minimize transportation time and cost, forming a vertical campus community with highly integrated of accommodation, living, and social functions.
