Located in Seocho district, adjacent to Seocho Road, this law office maximizes space while fostering a strong connection with the city. Zoning each unit with independent external terraces enhances this relationship. The design features a unified appearance with vertical metal partitions and brick facade, drawing in sunlight and ensuring privacy where needed. Interior elements like exposed concrete stairs with mirror walls expand the space, while voids create contrast. A cafe on the first floor offers transparency with high glass windows, complemented by a landscaped outdoor space for privacy.
