When we were asked to take part in the WingsArt project, we thought about the long-standing problems of public projects design and took a cutting-edge approach to the project in an effort to influence government officials' opinions and way of thinking about the planning of public projects. With sleek, modern curves that meld the lines between walls, floors, and ceilings, WingsArt is formed by a structural frame of reinforced concrete. The seagull, a bird closely linked with the seaside region where the project is located, served as the inspiration for the building's lines.
