Groundswell is a place that brings together people through their mutual love of food and surfing. Its design draws inspiration from the surfing havens of Southeast Asia with abundant sub-tropical beach and wave motifs. An undulating rattan lampshade; waves of stacked glass; tree sculptures that illuminate the space; and playful surfboard fin lights are some of the features and textures that shape the ambience. Functionally, the venue houses a surfing wave pool, restaurant and bar, alfresco seating, spectator gallery, changing rooms, and small retail and briefing area for surfing guests.
