Constructed in the 18th century, the Bourse was converted into the Paris stock exchange in 1854. The building was restored by architect Tadao Ando and has been the exhibition site of the Pinault Collection since 2021. The Bourse features a stunning double helix staircase built to facilitate the movement of porters carrying heavy sacks of corn. “WAITING”, the sculpture by Yuan and Yu, a 164 cm high menacing model of an eagle observing from above. “DINO”, a avant-garde sculpture by Bertrand Lavier. “TURISTI” by Maurizio Cattelan. The pigeons rest on the balustrade of the rotunda.
