The Levantina Parrilla Mar & Tierra project emerges as a sensorial journey. Inspired by the mining of stone and marble quarries, this restaurant seeks to create a welcoming and distinctive space that not only delights diners, but also raises awareness about the importance of preserving and valuing natural resources. Through the careful choice of materials and lighting that emulates the dance of light and shadow inside a cave, Levantina Parrilla Mar & Tierra becomes a sanctuary of beauty and harmony that transports us to the time of our ancestors.
