The Beck Venture Center at Colorado School of Mines bridges academia and business in a three-story, 32,000-square-foot facility designed by OZ Architecture. Two levels of offices and workspaces rise above a public ground floor that fosters collaboration. Pursuing LEED Gold certification, the all-electric building integrates geo-exchange systems, photovoltaic infrastructure, and net-zero readiness. These features reflect its mission to support student entrepreneurship through a modern, sustainable design.
