The Clock Tower Lofts project involves a multi-unit residential building located in downtown Toronto, Canada. The purpose of this tower renewal project was to create a cultural connection between the residents, the building, and the surrounding community by creating a bold presence. The interior renovations involved a reconfiguration of the space to allow better circulation alongside a color refresh and new interior finishes to give the space a modern identity. The new interior finishes include laser cut steel panels that display the mechanics of a lock which adorn the walls and ceilings.
