Sharif Office Building by Hooba Design | Hooman Balazadeh reinterprets the 1960s brick architecture of the university campus through a contemporary lens. Its innovative “smart brick” façade—panels that shift with sunlight—merges tradition with technology, reflecting both solidity and transparency. The design blurs boundaries between inside and outside, introversion and extroversion, creating dynamic perceptions by day and night. With greenery integrated into its urban fabric, the project embodies a dialogue between heritage, innovation, and the digital age.
