94 Flagship Café in Taiwan by MNI Studio embraces sustainable design through recycled urban materials. In response to redevelopment, 12,000 traditional roof tiles were salvaged with the community and reimagined as a heritage-inspired façade. Inside, reclaimed wood and natural plaster create a warm, understated atmosphere. Thoughtful spatial planning and natural ventilation improve comfort and efficiency, while locally sourced materials and energy-saving strategies reduce environmental impact. The project blends commercial interior and sustainability into a modest and meaningful environment.
