Urban carpet consists of a central linear park and green private courtyards, each of which offers new functions to residents. The project connects the surroundings, neighboring buildings and the lake into a single natural space accessible to everyone. Landscape solutions were aimed at resistance to the harsh continental climate, the disclosure of various landscape views and the comfort of staying on the territory all year round (in winter in Tyumen up to – 35 degrees). The project is a dense multi-level garden with plants resistant to the Siberian climate with various functional zones for all.
