KI Club, completed in 2025 in HK for Gaggenau’s distributor, redefines dining as a bespoke culinary sanctuary. Its futuristic-organic design, in sophisticated pinks and blues, features hand-plastered work by French artist Elsa J Studio and custom TK light, custom marble tables, and fireplace, plus organic custom seating. Curved lighting mimics subterranean sun; winery-inspired vaults and brutalist window frames craft a luxurious spaceship-like escape from HK’s bustle. This masterpiece sets a new standard for learning, cooking, and community connection through chef-led dinners and workshops.
