The restaurant spans 420 square meters and includes a lounge with a generous height of 4 meters, an open kitchen, a closed kitchen, a wine cellar with air and humidity control, an enclosed greenhouse. The restaurant has 96 seats inside and a terrace with 60 seats. Everything started from the forest and the desire to create a 'gourmet nest' in the heart of nature. The interior design respects the surrounding environment through exclusively natural materials: wood and travertine, large glass surfaces, earthy tones, indoor olive trees, a ceiling made of clay material, and charred wood on facade.
