Conceived as an extension of the program at PRAx, Art in the Landscape, the site design envisions a crescendo of spaces where waves of planting and pathways fluidly move to and through the building. The site facilitates intuitive connections along the campus edges at this new iconic gateway. The relationships between planting, lawn, and hardscape are carefully planned to carve out distinctive spaces, including the Dixie Luana Wooton Kenney Garden, which celebrates the diversity of the Willamette Valley and honors the culture and knowledge of the Indigenous tribes.
