Aimed at creating a work environment that reflects the sophistication of the tenant, these private family offices give order to a once open floor plan with areas of communal and closed space. Upon entry, a gallery like reception welcomes employees and visitors with monument stone and mineral walls structuring the space. Coffered wood ceilings unify the common spaces while providing a sense of expanse. A library lined by floor to ceiling windows evokes a warm, elegant area for waiting or work. Throughout, private offices and conference rooms flank public spaces punctuated by natural light.
