At the nexus of underperforming commercial center and residential community, previously felt separated, lacked identity and reason to visit. The transformation of small garden into whimsical playground named Ninja House made outsized impact, establishing vibrant community hub. By objectives to bring new fun, design utilizes strong geometric forms inspired by surrounding context. It’s a modular sculptural 3 dimensional form extruded and feature series of small openings, creating sense of mystery and opportunity to play peek-a-boo, allowing children to develop motor skills and critical thinking.
