The urban strategies are based on the relationship between the Rasadni area and the core of the city of Skopije on the one hand and on the other on the relationship between those elements that through the area are connected. This character can be summarized as the character of the interface. From the above descends the necessity to find solutions for both the urban and the local scale. Identity is thus an important keyword, in order to connect with the urban scale and to define a neighborhood context. Specificity and complexity are resolved into a complex and multifunctional urban organism
